Originally spec’d and sold here at The Music Zoo, this is a ’59 Reissue with a handpicked torrified (roasted) maple top still in overall excellent condition with the original case and COA included!

Torrefied wood, also known as “roasted” wood is a process of removing excess moisture from the wood, in this case flame maple – to increase resonance and stability throughout weather changes, a healthy decrease in physical weight and a tone that’s more akin to a guitar that has aged over years to have characteristics more like our favorite vintage guitars.

This Historic Reissue ’58 Les Paul features a VOS Lemon Burst finish and two Dirty Fingers humbuckers from Gibson. The Dirty Fingers is an accurate replica of the famous super-hot humbucker made by Gibson in the 1970s with an average DC resistance of 15K! These are hot pickups and overwound to push your amp over the edge, so if you want a guitar with a hot signal, this one is it!
