Gibson Custom Shop Standard Historic Mark Knopfler 1958 Les Paul VOS Electric Guitar Knopfler ‘Burst

This beautiful ’58 Standard Historic is built after master Dire Straights axeman Mark Knopfler’s own original 1958 Les Paul, one of the guitars that is a go-to in his arsenal of instruments to use live and in the studio. The guitar has a mid-dark Knopfler ‘Burst finish that to us looks in between a mix of Lemon and Iced Tea Burst, and has two Custom Bucker pickups to recreate that 1950’s PAF tone. This is the VOS Standard Historic version of this guitar, and is limited to only 150 pieces.
