Tonally, the Phoenix-1000 offers a wide palette. The Seymour Duncan Phat Cat (neck) and Custom (bridge) pickups give this instrument a warm, P90-like character in the neck position and a powerful, cutting bridge tone. The push-pull tone control splits the bridge pickup into a single coil for extra versatility. The mahogany body with set-thru construction provides rich sustain and a full fundamental tone.
